Ground-Floor Exposure to Copper, Before a Resource Is Declared

Significant value creation in mining occurs between discovery and resource definition — and that is where this portfolio sits. Two projects with copper confirmed in drill core, a flagship on a granted mining licence valid to 2039 with an approved EIS, and costed work programmes designed to advance each asset toward a maiden resource. Participation is open to private investors as well as institutions, with flexible entry sizing.

2×
Copper Demand Trajectory

Electrification, EVs and grid build-out are driving a structural, multi-decade rise in copper demand — with new mine supply struggling to keep pace.

#2
Proven Jurisdiction

Zambia is Africa’s second-largest copper producer, with an established mining code, active majors, and government ambition to grow output substantially.

7/8
Copper In The Core

At Matuka, seven of the first eight diamond holes intersected copper mineralisation on a 3.3 km trend, approximately 10 km from an operating copper mine.

2039
Flagship Tenure Secured

The Jimbe flagship holds a granted Large-Scale Mining Licence valid to December 2039 with an approved Environmental Impact Statement — uncommon for a greenfield asset.

Private Investors
Flexible Entry

Participate in defined units sized for private investors, with the ability to hold multiple units and add to your position over time. Funds are deployed against defined exploration milestones — metres drilled, targets tested, results delivered. Every participant receives NDA-gated access to the technical data room and programme updates.

Project-Level Structures

For larger investors, family offices and mining groups, we offer project-level discussions: joint-venture earn-ins, funding of complete drill programmes, and offtake-linked structures across one or more assets. Full data-room access, management engagement and site visits are arranged under NDA.

This website is for information purposes only and does not constitute an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy any securities in any jurisdiction. Any participation is subject to eligibility, applicable law, and definitive subscription documentation. Mineral exploration is high-risk: no mineral resource or reserve has been declared on any portfolio project, exploration may not result in a discovery or a mine, and invested capital is at risk. Prospective investors should conduct their own due diligence and obtain independent professional advice.

3 · Evidence

What Has Actually Been Established

The following is a summary of completed work by project. It is exploration evidence. No mineral resource, mineral reserve or economic assessment exists on any project in the portfolio.

Jimbe Copper-Nickel
8,754 soil samples and 17 diamond drillholes (2,754 m) defining four targets, with nickel intersections above 1% at Kamafumbo.
Evidence detail →
Kapako
More than 3,000 soil samples, 91 line-km of ground magnetics, detailed IP, and 35+ diamond drillholes confirming chalcopyrite mineralisation on a 2 km trend.
Evidence detail →
Matuka
3,612 soil samples, 50 line-km IP, 150 line-km magnetics, and 8 diamond holes (1,749.6 m) of which 7 intersected copper on a 3.3 km trend.
Evidence detail →
Lusasha
80+ line-km of ground magnetics and a GPS-documented inventory of copper occurrences across three sites; permitting advanced with ZEMA.

4 · Development Pathway

From Target Definition to Development

Each stage exists to retire a defined uncertainty before further capital is committed. See the development-path commentary for the general industry sequence.

01
Target definition
Completed on all four projects
Geological mapping, geochemistry and geophysics to convert licence ground into ranked drill targets.
02
Drill testing
Completed at Kapako, Matuka and Jimbe; planned at Lusasha
Diamond drilling of priority targets to confirm the presence and character of mineralisation.
03
Resource definition
Planned
Infill drilling, 3D modelling and independent estimation toward a code-compliant mineral resource.
04
Technical studies
Planned
Scoping, pre-feasibility and feasibility studies establishing whether development is viable.
05
Development
Subject to Further Evaluation
Permitting, financing and construction, subject to study outcomes.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I invest, and what is the minimum?
Participation is structured in defined units sized for private investors, and investors may take multiple units — entry details are provided on enquiry. Register your interest via the Contact page; after an introductory call and NDA execution you receive data-room access and the subscription documentation. Larger and institutional investors are offered project-level structures.
What will my capital fund?
Proceeds are applied to defined exploration milestones — for example the planned 6,000 m drilling programme at Matuka, the deferred Salujinga drilling at Jimbe, and continued drilling at Kapako — with programme updates provided to participants.
Has a mineral resource been declared?
No. No mineral resource or mineral reserve has been declared on any project in the portfolio, and no assessment of economic viability has been completed.
Where can I find licence and regulatory information?
Licence and regulatory documentation is available for each project on request through the investor data room.
How often are investor materials updated?
Materials are reviewed and updated as new technical or corporate information becomes available.
